The company faces the unique challenge of scaling its services to its customers with LLM and RAG engineers, DevOps, and Testing Automation.
Quickly scale up the team with tier-1 engineers with expertise in building and refining Machine Learning Models in Medical imaging, prompt and RAG engineering to generate medical reports, DevOps to build pipelines, AI testing, automation, and 24×7 monitoring to support the growing platform.
Our goal was to build a collaborative platform that brings comprehensive services to patients and providers. For patients, it’s about finding healthcare professionals and scheduling appointments. For healthcare providers, it’s about managing their schedules, providing treatment, and decreasing overhead costs. The idea was to develop a digital healthcare delivery platform connecting neurodivergent and disabled patients with highly specialized healthcare providers, therapies, and services. Using the platform, healthcare providers can provide diagnoses, consultations, and services efficiently and promptly.
Developed a multiple-technology-based HIPPA compliance platform to provide end-to-end workflow where patients can find and get the services they want, and providers can manage their workflow and deliver the services. The platform had various functionalities requiring mobile, portal, and third-party integrations.
The healthcare organization faced a significant challenge: it needed a platform to provide real-time data insights for an evolving procurement process. The static procurement process underwent certain modifications and adjustments, and a new process required manual updates and releases.
The comprehensive Tableau dashboard we developed had a significant impact on the non-profit healthcare organization. It provided real-time data insights that significantly improved operational efficiency in the procurement process. This was a major achievement for the organization, as it eliminated the need for manual updates and releases, streamlining the procurement process.
Design a platform to provide patients and healthcare professionals with up-to-date context-aware answers for insurance and compliance-related queries. Unlike regular keyword searches, the platform should be context-aware, leveraging foundational language models and highly curated data sources to retrieve relevant information.
Develop a platform using a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technique to retrieve and generate accurate responses. Given an input query or prompt, the system retrieves relevant documents or passages from the specified data sources using information retrieval techniques called dense vector representations. The retrieved information and the original input were fed into a language model to generate an output incorporating the retrieved knowledge. The solution was to utilize an external foundation model with internal data to provide context-specific answers.
